Yellow Spill is a sickly, mutated object, which speaks about the dangers of the “industrial-scale violence” (Solnit R.) enacted on our environment by a capitalist system of endless production, consumption and waste. An aggressive yellow poisons and pollutes the plants that come into contact, as a visual reminder that the environment bears the consequences of our actions and inactions.

A memento mori for the anthropogenic age.
